I know some of you gear heads have seen the video on YouTube.com of the German wheels that are on that MKIII VW Golf with no tires that is doing burnouts on the pavement. I need to know the manufacturer and/or the video name. I think I need a set of them in my life and more info is required prior to purchase.

Thanks Doods

The new model ones are wicked expensive for the size and offset I want. I need to find someone that is a dealer for them. Maybe my guy on the Eastcoast can cop a set for me at cost or a little over.

A set of these will run me the same as a set of 19 inch Works or something comparable. But works wont do that s*** haha

dawg

What's the point?

So they take a round object and spin it. That would take an equal amount off. Were they showing that the wheel stays balanced or something?

did you happen to watch the second video? they toss it into the air from an elevated position and it wasn't damaged after landing on the concrete.

the point is, is that these wheels are nearly indestructable. Actually, there has never been wheels like this made in the history of wheels. The forging process is all new technology. They are the most fly wheels Ive ever seen. I like trick stuff like that, obviously

Kinda Reminds Me Of Old School Race Wheels.

Think Audi And The DR30 Silhouette Race Car Ran Something Similar.

simple questions...

I understand they're trying to show their wheels are well constructed.

What real world application does this have?

its not about real world applications. They are baller and dope as f***. It seems as though youre looking into it so hard that youre missing that somehow. Why wouldnt you want to have bulletproof wheels? duh y0

hype

I am gonna have those on the Gloria. If I could get a good deal, Ill put them on the Silvia as well. they are super super lightweight, I likes

Once you acquire these, you must go rim drifting and spell your name out on pavement.

None, if you never drive your car.

If you'd ever driven anything besides that 80's Buick station wagon, you'd know that it's not hard to damage an alloy wheel.

Seriously, you need to think things through.
