I need a few really simple parts, and the nissan dealership is:

a) 20 miles awayb) overpricedc) dumb

So I thought I would see if any of you, fellow CA bretheren, could help me out. You can even charge me money! just so long as its cheaper than hell. Anyway, without further adeu, here is what i need:

1 coolant line banjo bolt. the one that goes into the turbo.

1 plug that goes into the factory ca18 knock sensor.

1 coolant temp sensor plug (pretty standard I would think).

1 TPS plug.

And if by some miracle someone has a ford edis vr sensor, I need one so badly it makes the baby jesus cry.

I think thats about it. the car is pretty much ready to go otherwise. Please dont make me go to the junk yard monday. Its so hot here your a$s becomes swampy at the mere thought of going outside.

I also have ca stuff i can trade you. a set of stock cams? clutch fan assembly? stock throttle body? oxygen sensor? my first born child? PLEASE GOD I NEED THE CONNECTORS!!! I know one of you has a clapped out stock harness you can cut that junk off of. I will trade you my left testicle for the knock sensor plug, straight up.

Hey Im heading to the junk yard tommorow to get my vr sensor for my megasquirt setup. They have 12 escorts there so I can get 1 for you if you still want it.. Just try and let me know by tonight sometime..

you can get a round female but connector onto the knock sensor.

i have a coolant temp sensor, and tps plug, or you can get thenm off sohcka at the jy, same for ford edis.

the coolant temp sensor plug and the TPS plug can both be taken off a ka yknow....there are no ka in the junk yard near you? snippity snippity.

Thats where I am right now. Actually, I did a little more after I took this, but this is pretty much where I am. I wired up the injectors and ran the lines for the brake booster and redid the breathers. The picture kinda sucks but I'm far, far too lazy to take another right now.

lookin good dood, very nice. How come you have so much room between your manifold and head, i cant even see my injectors.

it has no: pcv system, idle air crap, air conditioning idle crap, wiring harness, support brackets, or breather lines. The brackets that connect the two halves of the lower manifold are gone, and so is the butterfly valve stuff. granted some of that stuff will have to go on, but the majority of it is in the trash.

It idles with all that crap off because I tell it to, and it had better damn well listen or I'll jam my size 11 foot up its a$s. That and I'm running a stand alone.

I only needed one banjo bolt, but I appreciate all the offers guys! I should be able to start her up this weekend now.
