help, won't start sometimes....

I have a 93 240sx and most of the time she'll start the first time i turn the key. But every once in a while i'll have to try 5-10 times and she makes a clicking noise. I recently put a new starter in, so it can't be that, i was wondering if it could be a relay or something?
