HELP with z32 maf to s14 hook up

okey i have aboutt everything hookd up to my ka-t.. but the z32 maf..the z32 maf have 5 wires (orange,black,white, black&white,white) and the s14 harness has (black&white,black,white,blue,black)

this is the only thing thats stopping me from startin up the car..if anyone has any info or thread where i can fine out how too hook it up thats would be awsome..thanks in advance!!
