Removing the interior door panel is easy enough. I'd pull it off and spray some WD-40 or similar lubricant along the window track. I've done this to my windows a couple of times and it actually made a noticable difference in how quickly the windows went up and down. Just be careful to keep track of all the plastic retaining clips and foam inserts (which help keep the door from rattling) when you pull the door panels.
The slow windows are not necessarily a sign of dying motors. Lube the window track and use some electrical contact cleaner on the harness connectors to the motor and see if that makes any difference.
