help with wheels spacers for winter driving!

A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

so i've spent the last two weeks ordering and purchasing new wheels and tires for my 2002 spec-v (with 17" wheels). i chose 14" steel wheels and yokohamas. $500 bucks later and they're ready to be put on my car, except they don't fit. the brake calipers are preventing me from getting the wheels secured onto the bolts.

i read something awhile ago about wheel spacers. does anyone know if these will do the trick for me? i need AT LEAST an inch of space in order to get the wheels on tightly, and i'm not even sure of what exact brand i'd need.

please help if you can! we already have two inches of snow on the roads, my car is worthless, and my boss is pissed!

14"s are too small for the brakes. Spacers aren't what you need, you need a larger wheel. 15"s are the smallest you can fit unless you have the Brembo option, then you need 16"s.

The calipers are gold and say Brembo in red. (all 02-06 Specs with the Brembo option have the same calipers, so ignore the fact that the pic below is an '04+)

If you have the Brembo option, you'll have to be very careful about offset with any wheel. 16"s barely fit over them anyway, but offsets need to be higher for the Brembo option.
