Help with wheel/tire fitment

Will 17x9 +35 114 wheels with 255/40/17 tires fit on my S13? If they do will it look good?

I have stock brakes. I tried searching before posting this.

with +35 its going to be somewhat sucken in, you'll need spacers

not as much as normal though, you have to remember this is a 9" wheel. You won't be too terribly bad sunken though, but still a small spacer.
