Help with Wheel Fitment

I'm buying some rohana's from a buddy but want to make sure they fit before I bother putting them on. The specs are:

Fronts- "Rohana Rc10 20x9 ET35"
Rears- "Rohana Rc10 20x10 ET40"

Will these fit on a stock height 07 M45 without sticking out or rubbing?

I test fitted them last night. They actually fit great. Just needed to get some hub centric rings. The front were flush with my fenders without any rubbing issues. The rears were almost flush. They stuck out maybe 5-10 mm but you really couldn't tell and I kind of liked it because it made it a little more aggressive looking.

The deal didn't happen though over $40. He wanted a grand for the set up but I offered him $960 with cash in hand. He said he rather wait for someone to give him a grand instead. I figured $960 would be very generous for his wheels because the tires were only 70% tread left and they were cheap China made tires and the wheels were curb checked with one of them kinda bad. Go figure...

Yea, deal should've been done over $40 but If they were damaged you're better off without them...
