Help with upgrading/adding to Factory Bose Navi Stereo?

i have the bose navi system in my 3.5 and was wondering if its possible to add an amp and a box for more bass.... or do i need to switch out the unit and then do a whole new system?

lol...first time doing this im guessin? u don't need to switch out the whole unit. All you need is the amp and sub..if you don't know how to do any wiring just go to a local shop that does sound systems..

ive always upgraded previous head units because ive never had anything as nice as this system in my A/C.

so i guess i could visit the local best buy lol
