Help with Transmission wiring

So a guy is selling a 240sx for a really good price it is really nice besides the fact that it doesn't run because he did an automatic to manual swap on it. And in order to run it just needs the automatic to manual transmission wiring. So my questions are.

How do I install it?Where can I find one?How much Would it cost?
