Help with transmission problem (cracked end shaft) and ECU

Can someone help me figgure out what ecu this is? I recieved it with my motor set monday (also tarnny is cracked pretty bad and need advice on that too) and i can not find anything out about it. All comments are taken ever so greatfuly.

The ECU is for a manual s13 SR, if it and the motor came out of the same car, then it is tuned specifically for that motor. Unless the motor had performance parts stripped and replaced with OEM stuff, or perhaps it is undeterminable weather or not its tuned for a FMIC, It should work. Of course, install at your own risk.

The transmission case is no good, I would contact the seller and politely demand an exchange. You should not have to deal with any problems that were not described as being part of the motorset or damages that happened in shipping.
