I have a G37 19' OEM rims.. My front tires are slick now. Was thinking about
getting 225/35/19 or 225/40/19. Let me know if thats a good fit for it. I'm dropped on Eibach Prokit.
Any suggestions on what tire size to get?

225/35/19 is going to be too small of a tire. The overall diameter is 25.2". You want to aim for 26.3" or within 0.3" to maintain somewhat accurate speedometer and odometer readings.

I am running 225/40/19s, which have a diameter of 26.08".

Also I'm not familiar with how wide the OEM G37 rims are. The 225 is going to be a stretch on anything over 8.5" wide. My wheels are 19x8, and the 225/40/19 fit fine.

Ahh okay thanks a lot, will try that out :) the front is 19" x 8.5 +43 and the
rear is 19" x 9 +45. Yeah, I imagined the 225/35 would be too small.

225 will be a stretch on the rears.

235/40/19 will put you in at 26.4" for diameter. It's a good choice, but few tires available in that size. Those that are, are considerably more expensive.

I'm talking about $300 per tire at 235/40/19 and $150 per tire at 225/40/19.

That's why I opted for the 225, which fit just fine on a 19x8 wheel. You can get the 225s stretched to a 9 inch wheel, but I don't like to stretch tires. I'm not sure how it will affect the durability. I opted for 19x8 wheels. If they are available, and you are concerned with price, I'd go for 19x8 wheels with 20-30mm offset.

True true, Right now I have 245/40/19 on my front and it doesn't look too good. I pushed the limit on
that. But I think i'll go for 225/40/19, seems to be the perfect fitment for my rims also. Actually I have
255/40/19 on my rear just to give it that staggered look lol. And works good with the drop of Eibach, no rubbing
issues.

I would probably do 235/40 and 245/40. Isn't that what they come with from factory?
