So I was going to get my car tinted a little while ago but decided to save my money and get ceramic, that cali sun is so hot.

I just wanted to get some opinions on the different brands. So far I have been quoted the best prices for madico and llumar. I am getting all 7 windows done so its going to be expensive no matter what. Do you guys really think its worth it to pay a substantially greater amount for something like Huper Optik. The difference between the madico solar energy rejection and the Huper Optik is only 5%.

I am willing to pay for better film as long as its worth it.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Huper Optik is excellent. You pay more for it, but the results are excellent heat and UV rejection. But, I cannot compare it to the two specific other ones you mentioned, since I am not familiar with those products.

I ended up going with the madico, It has lifetime warranty and, in my checking around on the web I didnt see anyone speaking negatively about it, just people saying Huper is better, which I agree the stats are a little better, but a few percent more heat reduction for double the money is not worth it in my opinion.

So I got all the windows including the windshield and sunroof for 350. I am very pleased with the results

I did 70 on the windshield which is the lightest they have, I dont even notice it visually. 30 everywhere else except the sunroof which was 20 but looks darker because of the factory tint.

I can definitely tell a huge difference, ceramic tint is where its at.
