Thanks again, well the fsm did not have procedures to test swirl valve, but is a very simple system,and by doing some visual inspection I found a bad actuator motor, this motor actuates the valve and is commanded by ECU, on oppsite side of motor is a valve angle sensor that tells ECU the amount of valve opening, this valve creates wind turbulence for a more complete air/fuel ignition, for power gain and emissions control.
