help with suspension parts

I bought a 92 240 hatch a while back, and its been out of commission for a while.im in the process of getting a new kouki for my dd.

with that being said, i want to upgrade the suspension on my s13.was talking with a friend and he was saying that i should get a full suspension set up by Footwerks.

anyway, my friend says footerks has some good products.im just skeptical since their site doesn't off much info, and i cant really seem to find any product reviews, good or bad.

anyone know if this stuff is legit? (with the exception to the coils since i dont have an s14.
