Hey guys, I got my Stillen side skirts installed a while ago by a body shop and everything was good untill a few days ago. Its kinda hard to explain, but it looks like they installed it wrong and completely ignored the adhesive in the middle and just screwed it on the ends. Should I just get some double sided tape and stick it right on or what? Anyway, heres the pics of whats going on, any help on how to fix this would be great, thanks

Damn it looks like they didnt put the screw in you screw into the body when you open the door. In other words, they didnt screw the rocker in the middle, so thats why the adhesive didnt hold. If you look at the instructions, I am talking about figure 5
http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?id=S ... tno=108345

And that little screw is critical, I remember when I first put on my rockers I was like wow these are not tight, but once you get the screw in they come on real tight.

Honestly Im such a noob at installing body parts how did a shop miss that!?!?!

Take it back to the shop and b**** to them. They are the ones that screwed it up.

If it's been awhile since they touched it, chances are they will push back and point out the delay in time for you to bring this up as in an issue. If I were you, I'd go get some 3M automotive double side tape (the one with the red backing) and reapply the tape and put in a screw.
