Help with sr20det blacktop throttle cable

My ka24de of my 91 hatch has two throttle cables one from the right side of the car and one from the left. The sr20det only has one. What gives?

Do I ignore the one coming out of that cylinder on the passenger side?

The one you say that is coming out of a cylinder in the passenger side is the cruse control throttle cable, you don't use that one you use the one coming out off the fire wall on the driver side.
