There is a definite way to check over the timing. With the CAS, it shouldn't be too bad since the other mechanical parts are still in sync. So find out what the timing is currently set at. Remember to use the black loop at the back of the coilpack harness to check timing.
The extension of the O2 sensor wiring is a bit rougher. There are two black and one white. The white is shielded. You need to use shielded wiring for that. If I recall correctly it should be 18 gauge.
There's another reason for the no start. Is it turning over at all?
