Help with Speedometer!!!

My speedometer stopped working... Everything started with the idea of buying a new gauge cluster because my transparent plastic was foggy and there was no way to remove the fog... I took out the my original gauge cluster and swapped the odometer, before that i was messing around with the speedometer needle.. it was not smooth spining back and forth i was trying to figure out how to remove it.. pulled spinned 360degreess etc........... and i gave up.. not that i placed back into the car.. everything works except the speedometer it wont read my speed...

Did I damaged the speedometer?? gosh.. I didint installed the new one becoz is KM/H instead of MPH... HELP how do I fix this???

Sonds like you posibly broke the speedo needle motor. You need to replace the speedo.

oh sht.. i new that.. well i replaced with the japanese version one.. reads km cant get used to it.. is there anyway to remove that switch the black face with the readings???? i dont want to break the needle or the motor again.. how can I pull the needle out???

honestly I dont know I have never disassmbled one.I have just swapped the whole speedo when it goes bad.
