Hey guys, I am new o the forum...... Heres whats up. I just finished installing my S-AFC II in my 240sx with a SOHC. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a base tune. All I have is Injen cold air intake, Hotshot header, custom 2.5in exhaust, and grounding kit. I am going to swap out for SR injectors, Nismo FPR, and Walbro fuel pump and I am getting a MSD SCI ignition box and Blaster SS coil. If anyone has any input of how I should go about tuning it I would be greatful....Thanks guys

cuz you can squeeze out a little more out of the ka or manipulate your fuel to do different things like helping pass smog or increasing mileage with a leaning out, etc.

you're gonna need a wideband to see how lean/rich your running. and even if you get it tuned, i cant see it making too many extra horses.

If you're going with the 370 cc SR injectors, why not upgrade with a wilder cam to take advantage of the increased injector flow.

These two together should give you a nice HP increase.

The ka has a realy rich fuel map, so a safc can help fuel econ and horsepower to a degree. But tuning without a Wideband is a bad idea, you could lean your engine out to much and do dammage, or blow it up. Id recomend a Zeitronix unit, i recently put one on my sr with safc-2 and the data logging makes tuning easy. You can pick up the baseunit for a laptop for about 300 or less.

yeah either use a dyno or get a zeitronix...widebands ftw. narrowbands are really vague and you can royally blow your engine. ask me how i know
