I recently bought a car and drove it home. It drove perfectly. The car is an A31 and the engine is a transplanted RB25det.The guys who did the transplant are hacks but in the country I am presently in most are. My problem is as follows. I made a mistake (slip with a hole saw and cut some wires in the birds nest of a underhood fusebox(there were lots of loose wires in the area). Now we had to re connect the wires. We made the ***** run but the thing is that it falls on it's face under boost/load.Then...we gapped the plugs (out of the blue the engine decided to run on 5 cyl?)Bought new plugs. the 5 cylinders run better, but one isn't working.Unplugged inj #1 and no difference. By contrast unplugging injector #6 causes huge stubbling and stalls.

I would like to rewire the engine related fusebox and maybe the entire engine loom. Please help me with advice and/or a diagram.

Are you sure you didn't cut the ignition wire to coil pack on cyl #5 and accidentally rewire it to something else? Check for continuity first. Here is what you need: (you're welcome)

Save it to your hard drive and copy it to CD for safe keeping. It is priceless!

Thanks Darius, but I can't recieve that website here (mainland China). We fixed that wiring issue last night. Now we have a MAF issue. I (in a weary stupor) fried a few wires last night. We are fumbling our way through this thing nearly blind.

can you receive e-mail? I can send you the file that way if you want. It's 33 MB, but I'll shrink it down to about 1.32MB and hopefully you can still zoom in and see things.

ok brother which is it. The engine harness or upper electrical harness? When u stated fuse box that tells me upper electrical harness from the vehicle which is for power and some relays. If that's the case. Everything is color coded.

For the engine harness. There is a thread which has the skyline r33 manual in which you will find the ecu pin out. You will need the wiring schematics and the ecu pin out. It's quite simple. Match up the pin number to the color and then solder the items back together ensuring you use heat shrink for a protective coating. I do not recommend splicing. It will work but not a very trust worthy when looking towards longevity.

Shoot for continuity from end to end. Ecu pulg to sensor plug.

Need more help. Email me at [email protected] is not complicated at all. You simply need some direction.
