Help with rb25 sensor... pic inside.

Allright, well this afternoon i was removing my upper and lower harness from my rb25 clip, all was going smooth as butter till i got to the lower harness.. man what a ***** that is the get my large hands into the little area where the steering collum and everything is.. well here is the sensor, im not sure if i can unclip it of if i have to remove it using that nut thats going into the block.. im soo afraid to break any of these connections... just wanted to get a few opionons to better get this out... heres the pic.

1 of two knock sensors it looks like.

if its closer to oil filter,, its oil press sensor (like right next to filter)

pretty sure its a knock sensor, its connected to lower harness. That knock sensor attatches to the bundle of plugs near the intake manifold toward alternator. Just be careful or resolder and take out whats not neccesary around it. Checkout the lower harness wiring guide

allright.. any suggestions on if i can remove that little top bagueish part, that covers the green, or do i have to pull the whole sensor?, id like to get this off w/o pulling the motor, i dont have another hand to help me till this weekend and wanted to get this harness shipped out asap :/

it's just a plug, squeeze it and pull and it will come off

thanks guys, all good, i just had to stop being a ***** of the fear of breaking a clip.. lotta pressure and she poped right off
