I installed my new Racingline RSB today, but I'm not sure it's right because it seems impossible to get the endlinks into the stiffer set of holes. I considered the possibility that it could be upside down, but when I tried to flip it, the bar seemed to interfere with the lower control arm.

The way it sits now, the bar follows the control arm, and then curves vertically down towards the endlinks. I have racinline's endlinks also, and I've adjusted them to be as short as possible to get the bolts into the outer holes.

Can someone who has installed this bar confirm if this is correct or not? If so, how did you get the endlink bolts into the stiffer holes? Do I need to preload the suspension a bit? I had it up on my buddy's hoist, so everything was fully unloaded during the install. Pictures would be great too if anyone has them. I looked for a write-up but couldn't find one.

Some instructions from Racingline would have been nice also.

loosen the top part of the RL endlinks so that the top joint can rotate more. It will help with the alignment.

My assumption is that you have the RL ones already installed and have only removed the lower portion.

Just take off the nuts and un-compress the bushings on the top attachment. You should be fine after that

SO...based on my description, the sway bar is not upside down?

correct the bar should point down towards the endlink/ front of the car.

First time we swapped out the bar on a car that had the RL endlinks already installed, we loosened the lower portions of the endlinks only and had a hard time a swell. Loosening the top and bottom endlink attachments made the install alot smoother

BTW. I thought I had read that in terms of adjusting the RL endlinks, the ideal scenario is to have a 90 degree angle between the endlinks and the sway bar. In practical terms, does this mean I should tighten up the endlinks as much as possible, or loosen them?
