Help with Purge Valve! :(

so, being as stupid as i am, i put regular gas into my car...now my 240 has a few problems1st problem is the Purge Valve aka Canister or somethingwell i tryed searching and i cant find it anywhere for sale, most purge valves are going for $50 but they dont sell them for 240s, i called the dealer they said $110 for one, now my question is, are there universtal types? aka would the one for a altima work on mine?

2nd problem is the knock sensor, these are universal among nissans so ima buy that

3rd the O2 sensor was bad so i replaced that

im just worried on where to get a Purge Valvehelp
