Help with pricing

I am planning on buying a new 09 SL Venom Red Rogue, with moonroof, splash gaurds, premium floor mats. I got a dealer today to offer me $22,000 out the door (including all taxes, doc fees, and tags). The sticker price was $23,845. I will be getting the $500 back for college grad and 2.9% on my loan. Does this seem like a good deal? Thanks for any advice.

Is this an accurate estimation:23,845+1,500 (tax, title, fee)-500 (student discount)-2,845 (dealer discount?)=22,000

Sounds like a good deal if these are the correct amounts.

The $500 cash back is not included in the $22,000 price. That was given after we agreed on a price. I am going to go pick it up today.
