help with plugs, oil, and ecu

i curently have a Sr20det red top, i have a t3t04e turbo kit that i want to put in, well i want to push the boost up,............ i need help wit wat heat range i should go with on the plugs........ also wat kind oil should i run......... one more thing........ i need my ecu to get chipd reflash and tuned to my set up... any help wit wat kind of ecu i should get???? ... i dont wat a stand alone

the heat range of your spark plug all depends on how much hp you have..for a low hp engine you would use heat range six mid range 7 and high hp would be heat range 8..also yes enthalpy is most likely your best bet for a rom-tune and as far as the oil redline all the way...but yes start posting in the rwd-sr section on this forum
