So I'm interested in these three head units but not very sure which one I'm leaning towards more, so I was hoping you guys would be able to give me a little push on either of these H/U's or something similar maybe a little better. The most I want to spend on a H/U is around 1000 maybe a little more.

I think most around here would tell you to stay away from the Pioneer. I've heard numerous complaint about the F-series head units. On the other hand, I've heard nothing but positives about the Kenwood units. I didn't even realize there was a new model line of the Kenwoods coming out. What are you looking for out of the head unit? You might be able to get away with one of the previous generation units (like the 5120) at a steep discount due to the newer models.

Well I'm looking for something with a a good amount of options. I guess the most important features are a nice Navigation( i hear the garmin on kenwood is great!), good audio features, nice looking interface, and i guess just an all around good unit. I've tried looking at bestbuy to see what they offer but I don't want those to be my only point of reference since there are other models out there which might be a better buy.

^^^^^

Also, I plan to use my Ipod with my H/U so I'm also looking for a H/U that makes it easy to use an Ipod

Stuff on Crutchfield is way overpriced, but you'll get the best customer support and warranty.

But a few guys on here including myself have gone with Ebay and Square Trade warranty.

You can get the BEST Kenwood DNX 8120 (brand new) for less than $1100 and you can go wrong with a 3-yr Square Trade warranty.

OR like me, I just bought a refurbished DDX812 (exact same as DNX8120) but without navigation for $550 with 2-yr Square Trade Warranty.

If you don't mind refurbished products, then get a DNX8120 shipped for $750 and then get a 2-yr Square Trade Warranty and you'll be covered.

BTW, Kenwood is better than Pioneer.
