Help with photo editing

Hello I was wondering if there is any one that is decently good at photo editing and could do me a favor and edit a color onto a car, and also rims.

post up a link to a hi-res image and I'm sure someone will help. Link to the rims too

I would like the car a teal color with greenish yellow rims.

It'd be easier if the photo of the car was at a similar angle to the wheel photo.

That picture is at a horrid angle and not very high res at all.
