Hey guys, I want to know if there is anyway for me to get my money back.

here's the story,I won an item at a online auction, I paid it with paypal. it's been 1 month and still i dont have it. The seller stoped responding to my emails.

is there anyway for me to get my money back? "it would be helpful if you add a link to where I could go.
