help with ohm testing!

I have a 1993 Q45 And for a while now it has been, misfiring. so i took it in and the mech says its my injectors!But for the job he wanted $900.00. so i decided to do the work myself! i went out and bought a ohm tester!went to work on the Q. took off the plastic parts in front where i can see the two injectors, NOW i tested the one to the right of me and it reads 2 ohms.the one on the left , NO readings i tryed everything, and the gauge just dont move! can someone here please help me?

You are not going to be able to measure all 8 without removing the plenum but you can get a reasonably accurate measurement off the harness connector mounted on the passenger side of the engine adjacent to the plenum.

Rather thn try to explain the procedure go to Q45.org and under Tech Info you will find the steps. Very simple to do and will take about 5 minutes to check all 8. You can also verify that your VOM is working properly by purchasing a 10 ohm resistor from Radio Shack (about $1.50) and measuring across its leads. Should read 10 ohms. Your car will run OK with one bad injector but if 2 or more are bad you'll know it.
