Help with my transmission swap NO START

Ok I read the write up and followed as much as I could to the tee. Problem is that s14 parts are hard to attain. So I used some s13 parts mainly the transmission.

Well i know the mechanical part of it should be fine so now I want it to crank. I get nothing.

I removed the cable in the shifter that hinders key release. Jumped the top inhibitor switch to itself (next to the fuse box as in pic). Shouldnt it crank now?

CAS sensor is plugged in but not inside transmission. I dont think thats needed. I saw some s14 manual trannies and they dont even have the CAS thingy.

Please help me!!
