Help with my new 300zx twin turbo!

Hey guys im new to the 300zx. i absolutely love my car but she has some issues. if she sits for more then 8 hours or so she doesnt want to start up. i have to basically floor it to even get a little bit of gas to get in the engine and if i do manage to get her started she makes this high pitch whining sound for around 2-5 mins then settles down. any suggestions or comment are apprieciated. if you need more info on the car please ask and ill answer ASAP. thanks everyone

What do you mean it won't start? Won't do anything? Won't fire?

Where does the whining sound come from? Could it be the fuel pump?
