Help with my low power rating? IDK whats up

So im new to the forums, but ive had my Z for a while. Its a 93 TT. Now i have JWT500 turbos, Nismo 555cc injectors, catless to z1 PG exhaust, Specialty Z Eprom, emissions deletes. I just had the car dyno'd on 16psi max and it put out 330whp and 340ftlb on 93 gas . Now I feel like this is quite low. the car runs perfect, I just dont know why those numbers are so low, i was expecting like 370 whp so i was very let down. I was thinking about ordering another eprom, as i do not know for CERTAIN what the previous owner ordered on it. Just ordered Datascan, so ill pop that in and check everything, but no codes on the ecu right now.

Ultimately i am wanting to have at LEAST 400whp. what could get me to where i need to be? I think the 555cc will get me there, but idk what else to do. Can i turn my boost up from 16psi without any worries?

Your 555's will support 400 whp, How was your fuel curve? This is where tuning comes into play. "Leaner is meaner" although it's also a lot more dangerous on a turbo car. Timing is another huge factor and should be tuned on a dyno. Don't waster your money on an eprom you need actual tuning, nistune or similar romulator, larger intercoolers, pop charger. Then you can get the most out of 16psi, see where that puts you and if the fuel curves look good you can turn up the boost. It's not just plug and play if you want safe reliable power.
