Help with A/T to manual swap

Well I have decided to go through with it and I am going for a standard in my J. Before I start this project I was wondering if there is a link for a step by step or if someone that has done it before such as swimshark could help me out. I have lots of tools and sinse I'm not working right now.. time. Pretty much any input would be really appreciated.
