i just spent the last 5 hours installing the mrev2 and spacer. i did all the optional electronics resets at the end but its still idling really badly. like the usual idle is like 700 rpm ish right? well after the install, itll idle like normal at 700 for 10-15 seconds and then it will dip down to probably like 200 like its gona die or something. im sure this isnt normal. help would be appreciated

Did you touch the throttle body? A lot of people clean it and put pressure on the valve...another thing to check is the MAF sensor.

no i made sure i didnt touch it. i thought it could be a vacuum leak but all my hoses are on and clamped and the plenum bolts are torqued to spec. i think the ecu just needs to learn again maybe. im gona order the bullydog tuner for g35 next month so ill raise the idle on it and i think that might help. maybe the stock ecu is a little overwhelmed? my g has all the bolt on mods now that i can think of

Another thing that came to mind...When I did mine, I accidentally crimped the oil fill rubber piece between the plenum and manifold....just something to check.
