The 240sx oil pan is front sump compared to the truck's rear sump layout. There are a few other differences, too; but I don't want to say anything that will turn out to be absolutely wrong--again. I know for a fact that it has been done before, though. Do you just want more power?

if youre gonna do that just swap a frontier ka, easier and pretty much the same minus a few minor details.... the biggest difference is the intake, and a frontier ka is basically the same as the s14 ka...

Yunno I asked the same question and didn't find much, other than it doesn't fit haha... So I decided to do it anyways. If you can't weld and fabricate its not the project for you. You will need to customize the truck pan by cutting the front off of it and melding it with the 240sx oil pan front. Fabricated a rear sump pick-up as well, and I'm using the 240sx engine wiring harness seperate from the hardbody harness and running a 240sx cluster also. Not completely finished yet but I got the hard stuff done, now its just the tedious sh#t haha...
