help with misfire/bogging please

Alright so today I am driving home from my powerlifting meet and I stop at my friends house for about 5 minutes, I get back in my car and start driving and the second my boost goes past 0 my car starts to bog and misfire like crazyyyy. It drives okay if I stay below 0 psi but if I go above that at all it just starts misfiring. I changed my sparkplugs because I had some new ones and figured it might help, it did not, if anyone could help me figure out what is wrong that would be awesome, thanks
