Help with megan racing coilovers

I'm trying to get my megan to be even with the tires. I lowered how the instruction said and it still 1" away to reach where I wanted. All I did was naked the grey bottom park go all the way up next to the springs.

Is there another way of making the car lower more? Thank you!

A lot of times you have to sag springs. meaning, the springs won't touch both the top of the seat when the strut is fully decompressed.
