Help with MBC

PO hooked up a MBC ebay styles. but doesnt control boost. two lines are coming off of it as seen in my drawing. any ideas on why its not working, dont tell me to get a EBC because i have no money. thanks for the help and ideas!EDIT: stock turbo also

excellent. but it says install a flow restrictor in the pressure source... should i just say f that and just use open vac line?

thanks for the help. im going to set it up like the JWT tomorrow. and actually run the BC into the cabin.
