I found out that the PS tension bracket I have is not the right one...I posted this in the SR forum, but I know some of my Vert brothers have done the SR swap too or know connections... I need the PS adjustment bracket for a Red Top SR.. any help would be great.. (part numbers or cross reference part numbers)..Thanks everyone

Can you snap a picture of the part you are talking about?

I'm familiar with the SR swap. I'm familiar with the pump, but what are you talking about re: the power steering adjustment bracket?

he needs the physical bracket that mounts to the block as well as the long curved bracket that the adjuster/tensioner bolts to.

It's a RWD specific part, so your best bet is to hit up someone who's parting out their motor or if you can find one on eBay. I have one, but it's already slated for one of our cars.

Thanks for the response guys,I have the actual bracket the pump mounts to and bolts to block. The part I need is the curved and slotted bracket that mounts to the pump bracket and pump. The adjustment screw is on the end and adjusts the belt tension on the ps pump belt. I have the one from the KA and it doesn't bolt to the bracket correctly (holes don't line up by a long shot). Tried to use just one hole and tightened the end bolt and ended up snapping the bolt.. this bracket seems RWD specific (checked with local Nissan dealer and no luck). Seems Sentra SR puts PS on other side of block... I'll take some pictures of something close.... wish I had part to take picture of Seth... I wouldn't even be bothering anyone...lol...just driving..Thanks again Gang... any help would be great..

Here are some pictures of where it is supposed to be.. and pic of KA bracket to give reference[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

and a quick picture of motor in car..[IMG][/IMG]
