Help with laggy throttle and start up

i need some help with my s13 ka24de..every time i start my car and hit a stop my idle starts to die down very bad but doesn't stall..but it starts to make a stuttering sound when the engine is cold..when the car is at normal temperature it drives normal..another problem is that every time i try to step on the throttle it lags. it feels as if my motor is not putting all of its power out and feels restricted for some reason...im not sure what the problem is maybe a vacuum leak? any help would be appreciated. thanks
