I am confused, you cant tighten one of the bolts, but it wont untighten either?

Make sure you are doing things in the right order, the plates first, then the bar.. you need to thread them pretty good before bringing the bar into the situation.

try to move the car as little as possible because once those 3 bolts are out, i believe you can screw up the suspension by pushing the car (not sure though).

Is the plate on the right way? They gave me no issues bolting on, wedging the bar across afterwards needs some elbow grease, but its worth the effort.

i think what he means isthose 3 bolts are holding your strutso if you pop them out and somehow move your car enough and hit a bump of some sort, your whole strut will pop out which is something you don't want to see

so make sure that on both sides, you have a minimum of 2 of those strut bolts on,with 1 you risk hitting a pot hole, breaking that 1 bolt, then hitting anohter pot hole and kissing your suspension good bye
