Help with Install: APR splitter

I got my APR carbon fiber splitter in. I love the way it looks. It didnt come with install info. so I asked about it. APR said to remove front bumper, center, drill holes, bolt with nuts up. There is no where to bolt. The 2 factory holes infront of the tires on each side would work but there is nowhere accross the center. the air dam edge underneath is flush but the bolts they send will be to short to mount right behind that. Does anyone have one on there car. Thanks for the help.

Answered your own question, you need to drill the holes in the right spot.
