I bought a used p/s set up for my rb20 and was wondering if you guys could give me some guidence hooking it up i know i have to get the banjo fitting line re-crimped back on the hardline with the sensor, also i circled it in red, the line seems to be broken, anyone know what was there or how to fix it? any info would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone know the P/n for the rb20 p/s belt?

Thanks!

OK, its likes you may have a HICAS resevoir, but thats not a big deal. The big tube on the bottom of the P/S resevoir goes to the fitting sticking out the back of the pump (pink). The banjo fitting (blue) goes on the ps/s pump and goes to the regulator, mounted to the fron subframe braces by the radiator. From the regulator a hard line (yellow) goes to the steering rack, connecting to the front fitting. A hard line (red) comes out of the rack and goes to the front of the crossmember, loops around (green), and goes back to the resevoir. If that wasnt difficult enough, here are some color coded pics.

and your picture, with some colors on it:

Nice, let me know and we can meet up. and all the car things go down in my work parking lot.. cool stuff like hooking up p/s and fun stuff like that lol, j/k 80% of the remaining cars out here are rice a roni, seems liek everyone is too lazy to modify a car nowdays.

thanks for the help guys, where would one get that broken line fixed?

10-four, i need to get another high pressure line and rob the rack fitting off it, you can bring me over a frosty mug of ale though.
