Help with heater/heated seats

My 96 J hasn't had a working heater or heated seats since I bought it off CL a couple months ago. Was looking through the FSM for info, and found nothing I understand. So, here I sit, asking what a potential fix is. Not sure if it could be a fuse, haven't checked drivers side floorboard yet, there's about 40 fuses so I'd rather not go through that unnecessary crap. If it could be a fuse, which one? And if not a fuse....???????

check fuse #33 which is 15A under the drivers left side kick panel

Also check the switch. Mine had stopped working, because unbenownst to me, I had dropped a few drops of coffee. Pulled the old switch out and put a new switch in, and it started working.

easy to test switch with ohm meter or jump wires...
