help with headlights, i promise i seached first

Ok, my flip up lights shut, the drivers side got the plastic housing caught in it, now the drivers is stuck down, you can hear a clicking which i assume is it trying to go up, and the riders will not go up or down, both turn on. i have never had previous problems, the fuse is good, motors good but i cant get it to go back up to get the debris out. i disconnected the battery so it would stop trying to go up. Could someone tell me how to manually open it and get the plastic bezel out. Thanks much and i apologize if i missed a previous post.

use manual turn knob to make it move up the flip lights.

Well, i coulpnt get the thing working so I broke the shroud out in pieces, one of which was jamming the motor and luckily everything works again, minus a shroud...
