help with head gasket

Ive been searching for about three day and still cant seem to find a good anwser. Which head gasket is the best for the rb20. I plan on upgrading my turbo, injector, etc... after the motors in, but before it goes in I want to tear it down mic everything and replace all the gaskets. Its just so much easier when its on an engine stand. Also, who makes a good forged piston. I'm not going for big number, I just want this thing to run forever.
