You will get codes like crazy with that OBDII of yours. If emissions is a major concern where you live I would think twice about how you're going to make things work, cause really I dont think its realistic to believe you wont be throwing codes left and right.

The T04B is a crap compressor. If you are under 300HP go with a super 60, over 300 go for the T04E.

370cc injectors max just over 200HP. Consider 460s or 550s with the above turbo choices.

Get rid of the SAFC and check out Bikirom or get a JWT or Enthalpy tune. The SAFC is good for fine tuning but on its own will confuse the ECU way too much.

my to4b did 420rwtq at about 23psi, there are different trims

safc's are still good to have with a tunned ecu. fine tunning to your liking is key

well as of now im on a buget i want to go turbo, the turbo i got real cheap ($100) i know the injectors are weak but for now i only want to run about 8psi. as for the obd2 i live in nyc. so we have to go throught the whole scan port for the car and if im throwing codes i cant pass, besides egr, what else codes will be thrown after i go turbo i heard that its just that but if any one else know of any let me know. thanks for the help

yo dont neccesarily have to bypass egr you will just need to make a bung on your downpipe for the tube! And then you will be EGR compliant!

thanks for the info but is it hard to re-route the egr to downpipe? also am i looking at any preformance losses?

also what is the biggest size wastegate i can fit on a rev hard manifold, i know that most people use a 38mm but can a 40mm fit or possibably a 52 mm?

thanks

To4b is actually probally a better compressor if properly cam'ed. But I guess I may be choosing favorites, since that is what I have.

BTW 38mm is plenty big, you will probably face lag issues on anything much larger.

the reason i was asking if i could fit a 52mm wastegate is b/c im getting a really good deal on a turbonetics evo. wastegate but its ment for a supra so its 52mm.. but the price is stupid cheap. so i was wondering if it would fit the only thing i would need to do is change out the 2 bar spring to a .5-.7 bar spring.

btw anyone has any knowledge about re-routing the egr back into exhasut for emmision reasons?

thanks

I am sure that if you went with a JGS manifold you could get a flange for it. I still think that with that To4b it will be too large, and may cause surge.

he says he already has a revhard mani. wastegate size shouldnt matter. they stay shut until you hit boost, and then it lets out the exhaust gases. you would have to get a custom adapter made to get it to fit on your revhard, or maybe drill and tap new holes as its a thick cast mani. for the egr you could easily get that to work. weld a bung into your downpipe, and cut the end of the egr tube off cleanly to where you still have the spinning threaded bolt that connects the tube to the mani on the stock setup. place that piece into your bung with some tubing still left on it. then get the same size and thickness tube and connect the dots. YO CHEZEDIK!! please check out the thread you made concerning z32 maf wiring as i have some questions that need answers. i would appreciate it. thanks and btw, jgs doesnt offer anything but an egr blockoff piece for the stock tube. i know cause i have one that i wont be using anyways. when i got it i was like wtf is this??

Could'int he run a resister on the egr temp? Plus, i have a96, so does that mean i'll be throwing codes left and right also???
