well ive searched...

im converting my 90 240sx SOHC to DOHC, and obvisouly i bought a DOHC cluster. the only problem is that it reads 190k which is way over, and looks bad. i figure while i have it out, why not reset it? id be able to keep track of total mileage better, and only an idiot would thinks its the orginial.

now that being said, anyone know how to do it? ive seen it done on a few 240's. please help.

You can unscrew the odometer from the cluster, and manually roll it back if you want - the best way it to completely disassemble the mechanism so you can roll the numbers freely, then set it to your correct mileage.

It's a little scary how easy it is to roll these back - makes me wonder just how many "true" mileage s13's are out there anymore.
