help with FWD sr20de trans

Well bought a car tonight (200sx se-r with a sr20det swap)went to show it do my buddy was leaving his work rolled into first one tire got into some water car spun like crazy then hooked and trans is no more. Im guessing axles seem to be intact. Car wont move but tries too. I can put it in gear give the car gas and MPH and RPMs go up. If i jack it up the drivers side wheel if the car is shut off and in gear is hard to spin but the passenger side spins freely. After further inspection looks like its leaking trans fluid from inside the bell housing. Sound like transmission to anyone? Or any other ideas?
